Ravi Kumar Sadh is the Co-founder of V4U Group. In his ventures he gained valuable experience in Service Industry comprising of Auto mobile Workshop Management, Insurance Sector, Real Estate Brokerage. Customer acquisition, support of existing customers and also he could influence by giving his expert know how in leading and consulting position.

Ravi Kumar Sadh has diversified businesses comprising of Authorised car service in Lucknow which has been operational for last three decades. A part from Automobiles Ravi has a decent Insurance portfolio with a business of approximately Rs 1 Cr premium per month.
Ravi has exposure to real estate industry also with experience of 5 yrs , he is an expert in making best out his existing customer network. Currently he is designated as National Executive member in AIAWA (All India Automobile workshop association)
Saurabh Singh
Saurabh Singh, Co-Founder of V4U Group, mechanical engineer from profession & a well known and reputed name in Automobile & General insurance industry.
Automobile industry acknowledges his potential, field knowledge, hard workmanship and his ability to initiate new start ups. His tendency to add new people and train new manpower well connects him to the industry and gives V4U the best car mechanic in Lucknow.
After finishing successful assignments in reputed firms like Toyota, Reliance and Iffco, he became an entrepreneur in 2011
and started Hyundai authorized A category workshop in partnership and then an organized and automated multi brand
workshop in 2016.
Rajat Sadh
Rajat Sadh, Co-Founder of Black Cocoon Apparels LLP and a graduate in MSc. International Management from Strathclyde Business School, United Kingdom, has an entrepreneurial mind-set from the beginning. His strong focus is on Business and Strategy Development.
After his post grad he began working for Quality Council of
India, an autonomous body set up by Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. He has handled variety of projects as a lead and provided consultancy services in research, strategic planning & implementation areas to different ministries including Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs and Ministry of Railways.
Moreover, he has served in an interior designing company and also for an International Fashion brand in the United Kingdom.
